Synopsis:
A burnt-out city girl. A protective herbalist. An enchanted inn that refuses to be sold.
Claire Evans plans to fast-track the sale of her crumbling inherited inn and return to her predictable city life. But the Crescent Moon Inn has other ideas, serving up magical teas, winter-blooming gardens, and a rugged neighbor with striking violet eyes.
Elijah Wright, the village protector, recognizes the dormant magic in Claire. As he teaches her gentle spells, their swoon-worthy slow-burn romance tempts Claire to abandon her escape plan. Now she must choose: the safety of her old life, or the magical home she never knew she needed.
Escape to Silver Creek for gentle magic, small-town charm, and a comforting slow burn.

Review:
In a short Novella like this, you won’t get too complex of a story and characters. What you do get is an FMC inheriting the inn of her grandmother. They weren’t close so not knowing why, she looks expecting to sell soon and return to her city live.
What she gets is a sense of belonging, finally feeling complete. Adding to this she meets her teacher, who is also very handsome.
What will happen at the end is not super surprising. It is a short read, easy to consume and make you feel good afterwards.
