Synopsis:
In the quiet town of Crescent Hollow, when the sun sets and shadows stretch across the streets, a secret force awakens—six elite cats forged by hardship, trained in stealth, and united by purpose.
Led by Shadow, a battle-hardened stray shaped by the discipline of a fallen Navy SEAL, the Silent Paws are Crescent Hollow’s last line of defense. From Luna’s razor-sharp mind to Misty’s rooftop agility, Sable’s unbreakable courage to Gizmo’s tech wizardry and field medic skill—and Whiskers, the wild card with charm, speed, and more heart than he lets on—each member brings a vital strength to this feline black ops unit.
They’re more than a team. They’re Crescent Hollow’s unseen protectors.
When human gangs, rogue dogs, and nature itself threaten to shatter the fragile peace, the Silent Paws rise—silent, swift, and unstoppable. With tactical precision and fearless loyalty, they strike from the shadows to defend their home.
Think SEAL Team Six, but with claws, purrs, and a code of honor all their own.
Crescent Hollow doesn’t know it’s protected by warriors in whiskers. But it is.

Review:
I didn’t have a very high expectation when reading this book. It sounded like a difference in my usual genres and occasionally, I want to branch out and simply enjoy the ride. And that’s exactly what I got.
We have a group of female cats, that ended up becoming a family, taking care of each other and need to make sure that their chosen home (a warehouse) is not taken over by competitors (like stray dogs). They all come with a unique back story and talents that help them to get the job done.
At the end of the day, it’s a story of a different kind of family, taking care of each other and facing everyday challenges. Some easier and some more complex. It’s short, fun, and enjoyable. If you like cats or know someone who does and you want to get some short and easy entrainment, give it a try.
